A family-favorite side dish that is quick, easy, and full of comforting flavor. These mini red potatoes are baked in melted butter, parmesan, and seasoning until tender inside and crispy around the edges. They pair wonderfully with chicken, steak, BBQ, and many other dinner dishes.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1+ tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 pound petite red potatoes
- Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

Add the butter to a 9×13 baking dish or large sheet pan. Place the dish in a cool oven, then turn the oven to 400 degrees F and allow the butter to melt as it preheats.
Remove the pan once the butter has melted. Wash the potatoes and cut them in half.
In a small bowl, mix the parmesan cheese with 1 tbsp of Montreal steak seasoning. You can also use salt, pepper, garlic powder, herbs, or another seasoning you enjoy.

Sprinkle the parmesan mixture evenly over the melted butter. Arrange the potatoes cut side down directly on top of the parmesan and seasoning mixture.
Spray the potato tops with non-stick cooking spray or brush them lightly with oil. Add a little more seasoning over the top.
Bake uncovered on the center rack for 30–40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
