Crispy pasta chips are a fun, easy, and addictive snack that the whole family will love. By tossing fully cooked pasta in olive oil, parmesan, and savory seasonings, then baking until golden, you get a bite that is wonderfully crunchy on the outside with a tender center. They are perfect for movie nights, after-school snacks, or casual party appetizers paired with your favorite warm dip.

Crunchy Pasta Chips
Ingredients
- 2 cups dry bow tie pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Warm marinara sauce (or pesto/alfredo) for dipping

Instructions
Boil the Pasta: Cook the pasta fully according to package directions. Avoid leaving it al dente—cooking it until soft ensures the centers stay tender rather than overly chewy once baked.

Season: Drain the pasta completely and transfer it to a mixing bowl. Toss thoroughly with the olive oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Bake: Arrange the pasta in a single, flat layer on a large, greased baking sheet. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–24 minutes until the edges are golden brown and crisp.

Serve: Transfer to a platter and serve immediately while warm alongside marinara or your dipping sauce of choice.
